We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
